Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales & Admin Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team in managing travel-agent relationships, supporting sales activities and handling sales-related administrative work. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are interested in sales, business development and the airline/travel industry.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned travel-agent accounts through phone, email and business visits.
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller, newly appointed, and underperforming travel agents to improve sales performance and business with Singapore Airlines.
  • Monitor travel-agent sales performance, with particular focus on newly appointed and underperforming agents, and conduct appropriate follow-up to improve sales production.
  • Follow up with newly appointed and underperforming travel agents to encourage sales production.
  • Communicate airline products, fares, promotions and sales campaigns to travel agents.
  • Monitor travel-agent sales performance and assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel-agent accounts, contracts, sales activities, Group Sales/G360 information, and related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, faresheets, promotional materials, travel-agent communications, and fare/ticketing instructions.
  • Support sales campaigns, travel-agent incentive programmes and other commercial initiatives.
  • Handle travel-agent enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve account and servicing matters.
  • Support group and corporate booking-related activities and other sales requirements.
  • Assist the Sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and following up on sales leads.
  • Support travel-agent appointment, contracting, renewal and access to applicable SIA fares, ensuring required documentation and compliance are maintained.
  • Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by management.

 


Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in airline sales, travel agencies, tourism, customer service, inside sales or account management will have an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support travel agents, corporate clients, and customers with flight reservations, ticketing, after-sales service, and other travel-related enquiries.
The role will also involve supporting the sales team, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring smooth and professional service to our customers and travel partners.

 


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight reservations and ticketing requests through counter, phone, email, and other customer service channels.
  • Assist travel agents, corporate clients, passengers, and the internal Sales team with booking and ticketing-related queries.
  • Manage booking changes, cancellations, refunds, reissues, revalidation, seat requests, name corrections, and other after-sales requirements in accordance with company policies.
  • Handle fare and ticketing enquiries and provide accurate information based on applicable fare rules, ticketing conditions, and company procedures.
  • Support customers and travel agents with NDC booking and servicing queries.
  • Review upcoming flight bookings and assist with pre-flight arrangements, including schedule changes, re-accommodation, and other booking-related requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and travel agents regarding schedule changes, booking status, rebooking options, and required procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, airlines, and relevant stakeholders to resolve complex reservation, ticketing, and customer service cases within the required timeframe.
  • Coordinate special service requests, including wheelchair assistance, medical cases, and unaccompanied minor services, ensuring all required documentation and follow-ups are completed.
  • Support group and corporate bookings, including post-sales servicing, documentation, booking performance tracking, and materialization where applicable.
  • Assist with the administration and issuance of Letters of Guarantee, where applicable.
  • Attend to walk-in customers at the Singapore Airlines Service Centreand provide suitable travel solutions based on their requirements.
  • Identify and support sales opportunities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate booking and customer records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests and cases.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, passengers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all reservation, ticketing, documentation, and customer service activities are handled in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable airline requirements.

 


Job Requirement

  • Graduate degree from a recognised university.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency, airline, reservation/ticketing, or customer service environment.
  • Experience in airline reservation and ticketing will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus or Altea Reservation Systems is preferred.
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
